AnimalAdmin is a paid SaaS product for pet care businesses, built from scratch. As Co-Founder & Product Designer, I own product design across UX/UI, product flows and design systems, while working closely with the developer co-founder on roadmap, implementation and iteration.

The product is live and has already processed 4,000+ bookings.

First, the visual identity was created

Before building the product experience, I established the visual identity and brand foundations used across the product and customer-facing touchpoints.

Making the product easier to understand

The landing page is the first touchpoint between AnimalAdmin and potential customers. I redesigned it to clearly communicate the product's main benefits, reduce unnecessary information and make the value proposition easier to understand.

Building a design system from scratch

As the product evolved, I built a design system from scratch to improve consistency and make design and implementation easier to scale.

I created reusable components, variants, variables and tokens, along with usage guidelines, documentation and a developer-facing library.

From website visit to completed booking

I designed the online booking flow to let customers complete a reservation directly through a client's website, while keeping the experience simple enough for different types of pet care services.

Reworking the core product experience

As the product evolved, the panel accumulated patterns and features that made navigation more complex. I am currently redesigning the core experience to simplify information architecture, improve navigation and make high-frequency tasks easier to complete.
